Classical art in living room

This pendant is a decorative accessory in a New Chinese style, shaped as a character figure and finished with painting. It is made from synthetic resin and listed as a pendant-form piece for styling a living room.

How this piece fits into a living room

The character modelling and painted surface give the pendant its classical art look, while the New Chinese style keeps the lines and detailing decorative rather than literal. Used as an accessory, it adds a focal point to shelves, consoles or wall groupings where a smaller decorative object works better than a large statement piece.

Craft and material details

• Material: synthetic resin
• Craft: painting
• Style: New Chinese style
• Modelling: characters
• Category: accessories
• Pendant form: pendant

The painted finish is applied by hand-style craft work on a resin body, so the colour and surface detail are part of the design rather than a printed overlay.

Packing and practical notes

The pendant is supplied in mail order packing, with a paper box protecting the piece in transit. Check the dimensions of your chosen spot before placing it, and keep the painted surface away from prolonged damp or direct sunlight so the finish stays as intended.

Care and display tips

• Dust gently with a soft dry cloth rather than abrasive cleaners
• Place on a stable surface or secure fixing so the piece cannot fall
• Keep the painted resin away from moisture and strong heat
