Yoga Fitness Resistance Band, Arm Back Training Elastic Ropes - Pure Barre Workout Chest Arm And Shoulder Stretch Bands Exercise Equipment For Physical Therapy,Yoga,Pilates,Stretching

This yoga fitness resistance band is a figure 8 elastic rope built for arm, back, chest and shoulder training. The 8 shape wraps around your hands and body so you can stretch, tone and warm up at home, in the gym or while travelling.

What you get

• 1 x figure 8 resistance band, supplied in a plastic bag
• Compact size of about 10.5 x 5 x 3.5 cm (4 x 2 x 1.3 inch)

How it feels to use

The band is described as lighter and more flexible than traditional figure 8 exercise bands. The handle has a non-slip dot texture with silica gel granules that massage the palm as you train, which the seller says helps relieve pressure and friction on the hands. The product text describes the material as thick natural latex, while the specification details list it as TPE.

What you can train

• Arms, back, chest and shoulders
• Legs and glutes
• Stretching and resistance work
• Yoga and Pilates sessions
• Physical therapy exercises

The listing also suggests it for improving rounded-shoulder posture and for toning and shaping work.

Where you can use it

It is designed for light and speedy mobility, so the band rolls up to fit in a gym bag, suitcase or overnight bag, and works just as well for a home routine. It can be combined with popular programmes such as yoga, Pilates and general strength or stretching sessions.
