How the EMS training works

The pads use EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) to exercise muscles through the skin, a recognised muscle training method. Put the unit on the area you want to work, press the button and pick one of the six sports modes. The low-frequency output gives a soft, rhythmic driving force.

Separate controls for each pad

Every controller adjusts its own mode and intensity, so all three pads can be used at the same time with a different setting on each. The six-point abdominal pad is shaped for the stomach, and the same style of pad suits the arms, waist and legs.

Soft gel pads with higher conductivity

The patches are made of soft PU material, which feels comfortable on the skin, and the gel pad is odourless. Conductivity is 30% higher than on a standard gel pad.

Thin enough to wear under your clothes

The trainer is ultra-thin, compact and lightweight, so you can wear it under a sweater at work and do your strength training in the office, the bedroom or anywhere at home, not only in the gym. The ergonomic design is made for abdominal training and starts with a single button press.
