Multi-functional Power Cage, Home Adjustable Pullup Squat Rack Capacity Comprehensive Fitness Barbell Rack

The Multi-functional Power Cage is an adjustable pull-up and squat rack for home strength training. Built from pickled and painted steel, it assembles to 55.1 in (L) x 43.3 in (W) x 86.6 in (H) and offers an inner cage space of 41.3 in x 39.7 in, so there is room to squat, press and pull up without obstruction.

Steel frame and load ratings

The rack is made of 50 x 50 mm square steel with a maximum bearing weight of 1000 lbs. Components are rated separately: pull-up bars 300 lbs, J-hooks 500 lbs and the safety bar 800 lbs. All premium steels are painted and pickled, which makes them not easy to rust.

Stable base and floor protection

Four rubber foot supports reinforce the stability of the weight cage so it does not shake during strength training, and they protect your floor from scratches at the same time.

Adjustable and compatible home gym rack

Twelve holes for the safety bars let you set your own heights and train in a range of postures, including squats, shrugs, chin-ups and pull-ups, incline and decline bench presses and other strength exercises. The holes are 1 in wide with 3.14 in spacing, matching the size of common safety bars on the market. The diameter of the pull-up bar and the two rear bars is suitable for installing lat pull down attachments available on the market, which unlocks more workout actions.

Galvanised safety bar

The upgraded galvanised safety bar does not peel off paint or scratch the steel uprights, and it slides in and out easily so you can change its height whenever you want. Its maximum load-bearing capacity is 800 lbs.

Assembly notes

We recommend two people to install the weight cage. Do not lock all the screws tightly while assembling, in case the remaining components cannot be fitted afterwards, and follow the steps of the instruction in detail.
