Note: this is a non-Apple branded product that is compatible with iPhone models. It is a snap-on back cover case made from PC and TPU, coated on the surface so that designs can be printed directly onto it.

Dye-sublimation coating printing is a newer type of surface printing process that follows UV, water transfer and IMD. Because of its colour reproduction, high definition (300dpi), full colour and complete arc edge and corner edging, there is no knife cutting nozzle and no quantitative requirement for design patterns. It is already used maturely in mobile phone protective covers, mobile phone back covers, mobile power shells and other fields.

How the printing process works

• 1. Set the picture size in Photoshop software, print the PET film on an ordinary Epson printer and dry it.
• 2. Put the metal fixture into the machine and preheat it for 15 minutes. To ensure the temperature balance, set the film softening time (16 seconds) and the printing temperature time (120 degrees C, 150 seconds).
• 3. Put the blank low-temperature coating shell and high-temperature mobile phone shell into the fixture, buckle the film and press the automatic button, and the machine automatically vacuums and advances heating.
• 4. Take out the shell after the tray is automatically ejected. The coated shell is finished without cooling, and the printing is completed.
