Connecting your devices

Paper and storage tips

The only consumable is Phomemo A4 thermal paper, and no ink is needed. Keep the thermal paper at room temperature in a dark environment, where it can be stored for up to ten years.

Avoiding paper jams from overheating

Overheating of the machine can cause paper jams. If the pattern is too complex or contains a large shaded area, the machine has to process too much information and will easily overheat, resulting in a paper jam. Do not transfer complex patterns continuously; wait until the cover is opened so the machine can cool down sufficiently, and touch the thermal metal print head to check whether the machine is cool.
