🛒 Order Processing & Shipping

• Once you place an order on shopperdot.com, we’ll begin processing it. Typically, orders are processed within 1–3 business days (unless otherwise specified). 

• After processing, we ship the order to your provided delivery address. The shipping time depends on your region, the shipping service selected, and other factors (carrier, customs, etc.). 

• The estimated shipping / delivery time (processing time + shipping time) will be shown on the product page when you order. 

📝 Packaging & Shipment Details

• Your order will be shipped in a neutral package, without extra promotional material or third-party branding (unless we have specified otherwise). This helps keep packaging standard and discreet. 

• Each shipment will include an invoice (or packing slip) with the order. 

• We always ship with a tracking number for every order — domestic or international — so you can track the status and delivery. 

🌍 Shipping Destinations & International Shipping

• We ship worldwide (unless a product page specifies otherwise). Shipping destinations depend on each product’s shipping settings. 

• Before ordering, you can check the product listing to confirm whether shipping to your country is supported. 

🚚 Shipping Rates & How They Are Set

• Shipping costs (domestic or international) are either included in the retail price or calculated at checkout — depending on how the pricing is structured. 

• You may see different shipping costs based on destination, order size, or product weight/size. 

📩 After You Order: What to Expect

1. After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. 

2. Once the order is processed and shipped — you’ll receive another email containing the tracking number of the shipment. 

3. Use the tracking number to monitor the shipment until delivery.

• Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing the order. Incorrect address may result in delays, return-to-sender, or additional shipping charges.

• If you order multiple items that ship from different warehouses or origins, they may arrive separately — each with its own tracking number.

• For international orders, be aware that customs, import duties or taxes (if any) may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are usually borne by the customer (unless stated otherwise).
