1. Shipping and tracking
After we receive a verified payment from Aliexpress, Item will be shipped within processing time that we indicated. Standard Service takes about 18-39 business days, expedited Service takes about 10-15 business days. The shipping time during holiday season(Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.) could be longer than usual time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay. We will write the tracking information within 24 hours after the package is sent out, items can be tracked via the following website.

2. Custom issues
Take in consideration that it is an international shipment and the Custom can hold the items for several weeks, if happened, please contact custom service line at once, buyer affords the clearance fee.
Import duty is at the charge of the buyer if applicable. To avoid or minimize your import tax, we will ship all orders as "gift" and declare lower value.

3. Attentions
We only ship to the address that you specified in the order, so please make sure that the address information you left is all correct, contact phone number and email is indispensable. Please note we are not responsible for any unsuccessfully delivery caused by inaccurate address information buyers left.
Please pay attention to the status of tracking number, when items arrive please sign them in time. If the items are returned there will be shipping cost deducted from your payment when we receive the returned items.

The item must not be damaged and all packing material and paperwork must be included.
